Shipping Policy
Shipping:
- All orders shipping to the United States over $100 (before tax and after any discounts) are eligible for free, standard shipping.
- We know how excited you are to receive your new purchase, and we're quickly working on getting your items prepped and on their way to you. Because of this, we're not able to make changes to orders that have been placed, which includes sizing changes, order cancellations, etc.
- Processing Time:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm CST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.
- Orders usually take between 2-4 business days to arrive. We're located in Wisconsin, so it may get there sooner if you live closer to us.
- Once your shipment has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an updated tracking number, allowing you to follow your package to its final destination. Ryloo Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered.
- Please keep in mind the expected delivery date is provided by the courier and is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please reach out to the courier directly.
Pick Up In-Store:
- We're happy to offer our customers a free 'Pick Up In-Store' option that you will view at checkout for our Cedarburg store location. Orders placed using this option will be ready for pick up within 24 hours of the order being placed or the next available business day during regular hours of operation.
