Sales Tax:

Wisconsin sales tax will be added to every purchase online and in-store.

 

Shipping:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm CST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Orders usually take between 2-4 business days to arrive. We are located in Wisconsin so it may get there sooner if you live closer to us.

 

Returns:

Full priced items paid with credit card can be returned within 14 days of purchase for original payment.  Cash and discounted items will get store credit only.  Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox with the receipt.

    To complete your return, please email us at info@rylooboutique.com your reason for returning your item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Please allow our team 7 business days to process your return once it is received at our boutique. To ensure we receive your returns in the 14-day window, please allow 5-10 days for package transit. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY-  Anything bought November 18 through January 8th can be returned.  If it's within 2 weeks you can get a refund back to your original way of purchase.  If it's beyond the 2 weeks but with the hoilday's extended return policy you will get a store credit.  

 

Do you offer in store pick up:

Yes! On the checkout page, select the "Pick up" option and you can pick up at our Cedarburg location.  You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Can I return my online purchase to your storefront:
