Thank you for shopping with Ryloo Boutique! We understand shopping online can be tricky and if you do not love your purchase from Ryloo, we will gladly accept returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send your return back to us via your preferred shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s). It can be used in either store location or online and does not expire. Please allow our team 7 business days to process your return once it is received.
This excludes all items marked as sale, these are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. All merchandise being returned must be unwashed, un-scented, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached upon return.

- SUNGLASSES & EYEWEAR
- HOMEGOODS & GIFT ITEMS
- 'FINAL SALE' ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Exchanges
Since we have a limited amount of each featured item on the site, we are unable to guarantee an exchange. Therefore, we refund via an in-store credit gift card. We ask that if you would like the same return item in a different color and/or size, you use the gift card to re-purchase that item. All Exchanges are considered final sales.
