    Return Policy:

    • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via mail or in-store, if returning at the boutique. We CANNOT issue refunds.
    • All returns must be received within 14 days of the receipt date.
    • All mark down and sale times, as well as accessories will be FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
    • Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox with the receipt.
    • All merchandise being returned must be un-washed, un-scented, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached upon return.
    • To complete your return, fill out the enclosed return form.  All fields must be completed.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of the return, which is non-refundable.
    • A receipt is required for a return.  Please email us at info@rylooboutique your reason for returning your item(s).  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
    • Please allow our team 7 business days to process your return once it is received at our boutique. To ensure we receive your returns in the 14-day window, please allow 5-10 days for package transit. (The return must be sent before the 14 day window expires.  The time the package is in transit is not included in the 14 day window)

    • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items.  At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.  Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item.  It can be used in either store location or online.  It does not expire.

    Exchanges

    • Since we have a limited amount of each featured items on the site, we are unable to guarantee an exchange. Therefore, we refund via an in-store credit gift card. We ask that if you would like the same return item in a different color and/or size, you use the gift card to re-purchase that item.
